Customer Use Cases

We would like to introduce some of our projects.

NETSYNO Software GmbH

NETSYNO Software GmbH based in Karlsruhe is an innovative software service provider. The NETSYNO team consists of interdisciplinary experts for the development and design of intuitive and barrier-free internet-based software solutions and the digitization of workflows and business processes. The platform INOPAI, a product of NETSYNO, enables the digitization of work and company processes in medium-sized companies. The combination of predefined modules and a variety of configuration options can be used to design individual solutions for companies. In order to present their products and services to selected companies, NETSYNO was able to compile target group addresses according to certain criteria, on the basis of which they then targeted the companies. The selection criteria included, for example, the industry, the region and the number of employees of the companies - all attributes which together gave the desired target group. The addresses themselves to research would have cost NETSYNO significantly more time and money. In addition, there would have been a risk of overseeing some of the interesting companies which meet the selection criteria. For NETSYNO, our target group addresses meant significant time and cost savings, as well as the ability to address a clearly defined target group efficiently and comprehensively.

Patronus

Patronus.io would like to give small and medium-sized companies the opportunity to secure their web presence - so that in the case of a Cyber-Attack their existence is not at stake. The central mission of patronus.io is to ensure an intensive awareness of cybersecurity and as a tool "made & hosted in Germany" to meet the highest safety standards and data protection guidelines. After patronus.io has developed its product to market maturity and successfully introduced it to pilot customers, the challenge now is to market the product to a wide range of customers. This means, on the one hand, finding potential customers and also successfully addressing them in the next step. Particularly as a startup, you have to proceed in a cost-sensitive manner. Patronus.io has found with Inobas a creative and experienced partner in the field of Sales Intelligence. Thus, patronus.io had precise ideas as to which target groups could be considered for their product. These target groups were then further developed and qualified by us on the Internet. Specifically, they were companies with webshops using PHP as a code language. Patronus.io then addressed these potential customers to the sales force. After approximately 2 weeks, the results of the individual target groups were critically evaluated and a new target group (web design agencies) could be identified for patronus.io's product. In the next step, we have put together smaller web agencies that use certain keywords on their web presence. Determining the target group and refining the search has increased the conversion rate by more than a factor of five. Since the target group has been defined, we deliver to patronus.io monthly company addresses. In this way, the start-up constantly provides new contact data for prospective customers from their target groups, which can then be re-used for distribution. And since we have automated our research, we are able to offer our services at a fair price.

The Initial Situation
In particular, companies, but also individuals with high consumption, are particularly vulnerable to default in the event of insolvency. In order to avoid possible loss of receivables and to initiate appropriate safeguards, it is indispensable to be immediately informed of any insolvency events. This is the only way to avoid further deliveries under obscure contract conditions immediately after the publication of the insolvency and the associated high risk of loss of receivables. As a matter of principle, all customer processes via SAP® IS-U are automatically displayed on the website of the Stadtwerke Heidelberg. However, in the case of insolvency monitoring, numerous work steps, such as complex research, are to be carried out manually. This expenditure on time, personnel and costs therefore appears to be not economic in some cases. In addition to this, the time-consuming research period may be lost in order to clarify the contractual relationships of the customers who have already become insolvent.

The Solution
Stadtwerke Heidelberg have recognized this challenge and solved it consistently: with the Inobas Insolvency Monitor. This innovative tool complements manual monitoring and offers the possibility to automate all company and private customers in an automated, fast and secure way for incoming insolvency events. As soon as an insolvency is published, the responsible employee at Stadtwerke Heidelberg will immediately receive a note by e-mail with all the latest data and contacts on insolvency proceedings directly into his mailbox. This allows the company to react promptly and prudently. For example, the insolvency administrator can be contacted and collateral may be requested so as to significantly reduce the time of the unclear contractual conditions. Thanks to the quickly available and well-structured insolvency data, the expenses for the insolvency investigation at Stadtwerke Heidelberg are significantly reduced.

Konrad Reichel, Group Manager for Claims Management, on the use of Inobas Insolvency Monitor
"Not only did we significantly reduce the expenses and costs involved in the processing of insolvency, but we also significantly increased the processing speed. The Inobas insolvency monitor more than met our expectations."

Product and Technology
The Inobas Insolvency Monitor runs on the high-performance servers of Inobas GmbH and offers a simple and reliable selection of the customer master data to be monitored through flexible extractors. These selected data are compared several times daily with the Inobas insolvency database and in the case of a hit immediately sent as a warning e-mail to the responsible employee. The information and process data contained in the mail serve as the basis for further insolvency processing. In addition, certain status codes in the warning e-mail can start automated processes in the corresponding billing system, if desired
