Receivables management at municipalities, as in the private sector, is an important unit for ensuring a healthy financial situation. The consideration of insolvency notifications is an important building block. The Public Info Service provides all new insolvency publications in structured form every day so that the municipality can import them automatically into their software. The service includes in addition to private also regular insolvencies. Today, already more than 40 cities and municipalities have booked this service.

  • Background

    Receivables management at municipalities, as in the private sector, is a pillar for ensuring the financial situation. The consideration of bankruptcy notifications is an important building block. These are time-intensive in a manual search and require many resources. At the same time, the enforcement data stock must be checked daily, so that in the event of an bankruptcy, there is no charge for further measures.

  • Public Info Service

    The Public Info Service provides all new bankruptcy publications in structured form every day so that the municipality can import them automatically into their software. A total of 34 different states (status) are handed over to an bankruptcy, so that a specific status (automated) can be targeted. New bankruptcies up to the point of restitution or rejection are sent. The service can be booked all over Germany or for the competent district court and includes, in addition to private and also regular bankruptcy. Already today, more than 40 cities and municipalities have booked this service.
